Graphic Designer

What will you do

  1. Design engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social platforms, ensuring alignment with ReReeti’s visual identity.
  2. Create marketing materials — from event posters and infographics to presentation decks and report layouts.
  3. Support campaigns with partners, adapting designs to suit collaborative posts and special initiatives.
  4. Balance creativity and accessibility, ensuring content remains inclusive and easy to understand.
  5. Work with the Communications Lead to brainstorm ideas, meet deadlines, and adapt designs based on performance insights or feedback.

What do you need

  1. Atleast 4 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the arts, culture, or non-profit sectors.
  2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva or equivalent design tools.
  3. Strong understanding of social media design trends and what resonates with digital audiences.
  4. Ability to handle diverse formats, from Instagram carousels to polished reports.
  5. A collaborative mindset — ready to take direction, incorporate feedback, and contribute creative ideas.
  6. Attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
  7. Basic knowledge of video editing is a plus but not mandatory.
